Natural Climbing Structure

Bishops Cannings CE Primary School contacted us in early 2023 with plans to develop a large space once occupied by a mobile outdoor classroom into an exciting space for the children to enjoy. The school is set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside so the team were looking for equipment that would compliment their surroundings, our natural hardwood timbers were exactly what they were looking for. Having been given the initial brief to create an active social space we worked closely with school governor Caroline and head teacher Catherine to get the design exactly right for the 5 to 11 year old pupils. The final design comprised of a large climbing structure featuring nets, dens, bridges and a climbing wall, a timber trail, social seating spaces, planters and a full resurface in bonded rubber mulch. It has been an absolute pleasure for us working with this warm and friendly school, we know the new space will bring so much to the children for years to come.
